Pitfall Rumble In The Jungle :

“Pitfall 2 : Rumble In The Jungle” was developed as a Nintendo Gameboy Colour game in the Pitfall franchise for Activision. Unfortunately the game never made it to market even though it was pretty far along. The development of the game sprang out of an earlier development of several ports of classic Atari 2600 games… Thirsting to get the remainder of “Pitfall Rumble In The Jungle?” Use this link!

Civilization: Call To Power :

Civilization : Call To Power was an interesting project to be involved with. The Lead Programmer was Steve Marrioti. A nice guy who would prefer to keep his nose in the code than in other people’s business. And I can’t fault him for that. As I had just rolled off of the Pitfall 3D project… Continue reading the remainder of “Civilization: Call To Power.”

Video Poker :

This was a video poker game for Windows 95 & Windows 98. I believe you can now find this game on an eGames CD-ROM collection. — Justin Lloyd

Boids In A Box :

Solitaire :

This game was called patience, solitaire to the American visitors to this site, and was the classic Klondike solitaire rule set. It was written for the fully expanded Acorn Atom and used Mode 4 colour graphics if you had the colour graphics board. — Justin Lloyd

Video Blackjack :

This was a video blackjack game for Windows 95. At the time it was written it was considered a premium game and retailed for over $35. I believe the rights have been sold many times and you can now find this game on an eGames CD-ROM. — Justin Lloyd

Wumpus Hunt :

This game was a clone of Hunt the Wumpus. I wrote it for the Acorn Atom, Sinclair ZX81, and later ported it to the BBC Micro over a quiet Christmas one year, I added rudimentary graphics for the BBC Micro version. I recall that the BBC Micro version was only ever sold locally within my… Need to read the remainder of “Wumpus Hunt?” Click here!

Fruit Machine :

A simple fruit machine. It started life as a text only game for the Acorn Atom and later got a revision with graphics. — Justin Lloyd

Zombie Isle :

This was a game where you were trapped on an island that was plagued by zombies. I originally wrote it for the unexpanded Acorn Atom in BASIC and later ported it to 6502 assembly language. Each level was randomly generated. It was a text only game and I also wrote (but never published) a version… Click this link to continue reading the rest of the post
